What is the refund policy?
All SALES ARE FINAL!!!
In the event of the following, refunds are issued to the original form of payment:
- The order is cancelled by Beconscious Clothing, Inc
- Item(s) has sold out since order was placed
- Item(s) purchased was damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us at beconsciousclothing@yahoo.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
All items on demand. For this reason, canceling may not be an option. We will evaluate cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
If your order is processing or has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. We will accept returns for accidental orders as long as the item(s) is in its original, unopened package. If the original packaging has been opened, the return will not be accepted. Please email beconsciousclothing@yahoo.com with you order number for assistance.
How do I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges.
I received my item(s) but it was defective or the wrong item(s)?
First, Beconscious Clothing apologizes in advance for the error. Please email us at beconsciousclothing@yahoo.com with your order number and details of the issue (wrong item, size, defect) within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please include a picture of the issue. The correction of the error will be done in either 1 of the 2 ways:
- By either issuing a full refund for the defective item or,
- Replacing the defective item.
We will send the same item that was ordered (item, size, color, etc.). You must contact us within 30 days of the tracking delivery date with your issue.
At checkout, I entered the wrong address. Can my order get reshipped to my correct address at no charge to me?
No. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. We will not reship orders that were incorrectly addressed.
If there's an issue with my order, how long do I have to report an issue?
Please email beconsciousclothing@yahoo.com with your order number include in your message your issue within 30 calendar days of the tracking delivery date. No support will be provided for orders delivered more than 30 calendar days ago.
